HEP FIVE has entrances on both ground and B2 levels.

Head towards the Hankyu Department Store in Umeda. Exit from the first-floor concourse near SMBC, and you’ll find yourself in Hankyu Sun Plaza. From there, HEP FIVE is right in front of you, easily recognizable by its iconic red Ferris wheel.

[Enter from B2 level]
Head towards the Whity Umeda underground shopping street. Follow the signs for HEP FIVE.

Look for the entrance across from the Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream Shop, marked by a glass waterfall feature. To access the upper floors, take the escalator or elevator on the right-hand side of the photo.

HEP FIVE is a popular shopping complex in Umeda, Osaka’s terminal area, especially loved by teens and young people. The large red whale sculpture on the first floor has been an iconic symbol since the facility opened!

HEP FIVE’s floor layout is organized as follows:

The Takoyaki Market features five famous shops, each with its unique twist on Osaka’s iconic snack.
