[Enter from ground level]
Head towards the Hankyu Department Store in Umeda. Exit from the first-floor concourse near SMBC, and you’ll find yourself in Hankyu Sun Plaza. From there, HEP FIVE is right in front of you, easily recognizable by its iconic red Ferris wheel.

 

[Enter from B2 level]
Head towards the Whity Umeda underground shopping street. Follow the signs for HEP FIVE.
