1) Go to the boarding area
Kansai International Airport has two terminals. Here are the bus stops for each terminal.

2) Buy a ticket

Simply tap your contactless-enabled card (credit, debit, or prepaid) or a smartphone with a card linked to it against the dedicated terminal installed on the bus to board. There’s no need to worry about figuring out how to buy a ticket.
<Ticket Vending Machine>
There is an automatic ticket vending machine right next to the boarding gate.
Airport limousine buses connecting Kansai International Airport and Osaka Umeda do not require reservations; tickets are purchased from a ticket vending machine on the day of boarding. Ticket machines are available in five languages (Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese simplified and Chinese traditional), and credit cards from major companies are accepted.
Tickets are available as one-way and round-trip tickets. If you plan to take the airport limousine bus for your return trip as well, purchasing a round-trip ticket will save you money. The return portion of a round-trip ticket is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.

If you are issuing a ticket via a travel agency using a QR code, please use the QR code scanner located at the Kansai International Airport Limousine Bus ticket counter. If you have a QR code for a round-trip ticket, please issue your return ticket at Kansai International Airport as well.
3) Get in line. Deposit your luggage.
After purchasing your ticket, follow the directions of the staff to get in line. Leave your large luggage in the trunk.
At this point, it is important to make sure you know where you are getting off!
There are three main stops in the Umeda area of Osaka: “Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA”, “Hankyu Sanbangai” and “HERBIS Osaka”. The bus stop where the bus stops varies depending on the time of day. When checking your luggage, you’ll need to tell the staff where you’ll be getting off.

Audio announcements are broadcast in four languages—Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese—so be sure to listen carefully.

5) Get off at the stop
The airport limousine bus first stops at the “Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA” bus stop. *Depending on the time of day, the first stop may be “Hankyu Sanbangai” instead.
