This shop and restaurant was created and is directly operated by HAKUSHIKA Brewery, which has a long, 350-year history producing sake in Nishinomiya, Kobe’s  Sake Town. The brewery-operated shop sells exclusive, pure sake unavailable elsewhere, freshly pressed undiluted sake by weight, as well as limited-offer seasonal sake and carefully selected original sake vessels. In the restaurant, diners can enjoy food, flowers, and Japanese sake reflecting the four seasons under the concept of “flowers and Japanese cuisine and Japanese sake”.
