A sake brewing zone that boasts the largest production of sake in Japan, consisting of five areas: Nishi-go, Mikage-go, Uozaki-go in Kobe City, and Nishinomiya-go and Imazu-go in Nishinomiya City. In 2018, Nada Gogo obtained GI (Geographical Indication) certification for its locality conditions suitable for sake brewing, such as spring water rich in minerals, high-quality rice for sake brewing, and craftsmanship nurtured over a long history. The sake called “GI Nada Gogo” is characterized by a harmonious taste and a sharp aftertaste.
