Amagasaki Castle was built in 1617 in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture. The castle was demolished at the end of the Edo period, but thanks to the generosity of many, the castle was reconstructed in 2019. Visitors can experience the Japanese martial arts skills of sword fighting and gunnery or take commemorative photos as the lord, princess, or samurai of Amagasaki Castle by donning a rental costume in a space lined with tatami mats. With quick and easy access to Osaka’s Umeda and Namba districts, Universal Studio Japan, and Kansai International Airport, be sure to see Amagasaki Castle during your visit.
