A facility built by Tatsuuma-Honke Brewing Co., Ltd., a sake producer with a history of over 350 years, to communicate traditional brewing methods to future generations. The museum is divided into the Memorial Wing explaining the deep roots of sake culture in everyday life and the Brewery Wing featuring recreations of the sake brewing process, brewing tools, and other learning opportunities.
