Refunds are only available for unused tickets within validity period.
Please get refund on the smartphone devices (No extra charges)
Refunds will be made through the credit card company that is used for purchasing.

・ Smartphone and credit card are required to purchase and use Osaka Amazing Pass.
Customers are responsible for the communication fees incurred during usage.
・Osaka Amazing Pass cannot be used together with other tickets or IC cards.
Also, payment machine cannot be used.
・Please use the QR-code compatible ticket checking machine for enter and exit.
